Специалист по планированию производства (Production Master Planner)

Работодатель:  Грузия, Тбилиси, фармкомпания – производитель лекарственных средств

Функциональные обязанности:

Coordinates production workflow for one or multiple products

Plans and prioritizes operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

Determines manpower, equipment and Raw Materials needed to cover production demand

Ensures resources are available to execute the planned production orders (i.e. operators, materials, and equipment are available as required)

Loads and balances Labour as appropriate to secure production on time according to the forecasted sales and available stock of finished dosage forms

Balances capacity and its utilization especially at the bottlenecks securing proper product flow avoiding market supply disruptions

Develops a three (3) month provisional departmental production plans based on available rolling sales forecast

Provides detailed overview to management of projected line capacity utilization and required direct labour

Delivers the month production plan on time and in advance of the month it refers to, allowing for the timely and efficient development of detailed production schedule

Obtains information on orders closed and released to sales

Collaborates with quality control, production, warehouse and other staff

Liaises with sales to determine customer requirements

Liaises with customer service and demand planner to secure that production plan reflects the sales forecast and with the procurement to secure that orders for the replenishment of material stocks are placed on time and that deliveries of materials are done as per the estimated and promised delivery dates

Key constituent of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning meeting

Completes status reports and data analysis and the Key Performance Indicators dashboard, to enable assessment of production performance, inventory status, customer service and status of backorders

Interacts with shop floor management regarding manufacturing efficiencies or as needed to provide information as requested from Sales, Customer Service and Accounting.

Develops and achieves departmental/company goals and controls.

Makes suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity.

Требования:

образование: высшее

опыт работы на аналогичной либо подобной позиции на фармпроизводстве обязателен

владение английским языком будет преимуществом

готовность к релокации в Грузию
