Директор по производству (Production Manager)

Функциональные обязанности:

Leading Production and driving the implementation of world class processes for the production of the company’s finished forms. Review processes and implement best practices processes.

Overseeing production processes

Managing, motivating and developing a strong team and underpin a culture of continuous improvement.

Coordinating resource planning assuring compliance with the production schedule and customer service at all times.

Estimating, proposing and agreeing on production budget

Working closely with the Pharma Director to proactively develop strategies for prioritizing and implementing best manufacturing plans and practices.

Providing guidance on resource requirements (time, people, assets) for implementing unit’s production plans.

Recommending changes to processes and procedures that will reduce compliance risk and raise operational standards.

Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Organizing relevant training programs and sessions

Keeping up-to-date on developments in the industry by constantly monitoring press releases, attending appropriate conferences, and by networking.

Требования:

образование: высшее (профильное)

опыт работы по управлению фармпроизводством обязателен

владение английским языком на уровне intermediate обязательно (собеседование проходят на английском языке)

готовность к релокации в Грузию
