Business Analyst/Enterprise Architect

Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as Business Analyst/Enterprise Architect (SAP S/4HANA and other business solutions) for Big International Equipment Production Group in Switzerland.

This is a very interesting opportunity to work for our Big Customer in Switzerland (remotely, with the possibility of business trips) together with our SAP team, actually being a part of their Internal IT Team and act as a bridge between business and IT.

Being a part of Global IT Software Services team of our Customer, you will contribute a lot to digital transformation journey. In this position, you will partner with internal business stakeholders and product owners to understand and identify the customers’ needs. You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements to translate them into system solutions and even productize them into licensed software, if relevant for further distribution to Customers’ clients. You will own the whole process portfolio from the IT perspective, propose the solutions to the business, perform in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of these solutions and advise on supported processes. You will act as a focal point for internal and external teams to identify business needs, help design and implement (incl. system configuration) new processes to enable new customer offerings, as well as facilitate testing, while providing support to ensure reliable process operations. Additionally, you will evaluate alternative solutions of your solution portfolio and drive smaller projects and initiatives. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering, computer science or information systems, as well as economics
• Thorough understanding of value creation and its key drivers to develop business cases alongside the stakeholders
• Well-developed analytical skills, architecture mindset and affinity to information technology, especially with hands-on mindset towards different cutting edge software solutions/platforms like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business ByDesign, Web- and Mobile- solutions; knowledge of Flexera will be an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team player attitude, and well-developed problem-solving skills; leadership and project management experience are preferable, as well as good understanding of agile and product ownership
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills; additional languages are an advantage, especially German
• Additional project management experience and certification is a big asset (preferable but not obligatory).
