The main focus of the position is people & process management, team training, reporting, strategical view.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Responsibility for sales business with distributors and key accounts
  • Show leadership and dedication to make sales organizations achieve turnover – NCA (new client acquisition) and retention rate targets
  • Develop Ukraine Sales Strategy (mid- and long-term targets, priorities, and structure of sales organization)
  • Identify and define investment priorities among distribution channels
  • Ongoing search for efficiency improvement: rebates, KPI, field efficiency
  • Steer Sales Planning Process
  • Control and support distributors in sales planning and achievements
  • Carry out “Plan vs Actual” Analysis” of figures and take/propose actions to close gaps
  • Set up binding annual sales targets and guarantee their fulfillment
  • Implement existing CEE selling standards, systems and tools
  • Do regular shop/field visits and establish quality-oriented mentality in whole field organization  
  • Conduct trainings for distributors sales staff going search for business opportunities
  • Define standards for Sales information and reporting systems/procedures

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Fluent English
  • Full higher education
  • Experience in beauty care professional sales is a priority
  • B2B sales experience is a priority
  • Successful proven experience of a sales organization management
  • Hands on experience in creating reporting
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Readiness for frequent business trips
