Group of Companies invites you to work as an «Assistant to the CEO»
Basic functional responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and coordination of the work schedule of the manager;
- Timely processing and distribution of all incoming information, prompt transfer of documents;
- Conducting business correspondence, via telephone conversations with Ukrainian and foreign partners in both Ukrainian and English;
- Organization and coordination of business trips, executive meetings, negotiations and meetings;
- Conducting protocols and monitoring performance;
- Maintenance and well-being of office life;
- Preparation and accounting of incoming/outgoing correspondence.
A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Higher education;
- Equivalent experience in position/responsibilities is preferred;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English
- Communication skills / business correspondence in English / Ukrainian translation
- Experience in planning and coordinating work schedules, organization and provision of business trips and meetings
- Knowledge of the basis of office work and professionalism
- Responsibility, attentive, punctual, diligent, accuracy, proactive and detail oriented.
