manufacturers in Europe with established presence in North America.
Job Description:
Responsible for acquiring new clients
Contact assigned leads
Track and Report to sales manager regarding leads
Process orders over the phone/website
Process Ebay and Amazon Orders
Assist customers with orders
Send and track invoices
Manage customer payments
Set up customer accounts
Job Requirements:
English level- advanced
Extensive Knowledge with spreadsheet/Excel
Experience with cold calling
Experience with ZOHO CRM software or similar
Must be a team-oriented person
Must be able to work independently
Must be self-driven
Must be able to feel comfortable assisting customers.
This is a remote position, you can work from anywhere in the world.
