On behalf of our client we are looking for Customer Support Agent to join the growing Customer Support Team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews
- T1 assistance with the available internal admins
- Escalation of issues to T2/T3
- Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS
- Work with product, development, and international desks teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Finance / Management / English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience as a customer support agent – Strong Advantage for premium users support
- Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)
- Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
- Ability to work in flexible hours
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge/experience in financial markets or Trading – Strong Advantage
- High analytical skills
- Knowledge in additional languages
- Work experience in global websites international desk or support
- High level of organizational skills and capabilities
- Fast learner and highly motivated
- High details orientation
