Customer Support Agent

On behalf of our client we are looking for Customer Support Agent to join the growing Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews
• T1 assistance with the available internal admins 
• Escalation of issues to T2/T3 
• Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS
• Work with product, development, and international desks teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics / Finance / Management / English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous experience as a customer support agent – Strong Advantage for premium users support
• Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)
• Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
• Ability to work in flexible hours

Will be a plus: 

• Knowledge/experience in financial markets or Trading – Strong Advantage
• High analytical skills
• Knowledge in additional languages
• Work experience in global websites international desk or support
• High level of organizational skills and capabilities
• Fast learner and highly motivated
• High details orientation
