Recruiting Assistant/ Talent Sourcer

Our team consists of HR and Recruitment professionals who are dedicated to hiring the best candidates to Waverley Software. And we are looking for a perfect-matching member to our team - Recruiter Assistant/Talent Sourcer.

What we think the most important is - being a team player, working towards a common goal,  adapting to a new IT area as quickly as a chameleon, and the last but not least - having enough energy to run an endless recruiting marathon =)

Required skills

• Self-driven, proactive and energetic person with an analytical mindset;

• Freedive in MS Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

• Intermediate English level or higher;

• Communicative and attentive ti details;

• Willing to work in a team and truly be a part of the whole.

Will be a plus

• Basic understanding of Ukrainian IT market;

• Understanding of different recruitment tools, search channels, sourcing tricks;

• Experience in recruiting in the IT industry is desirable, but not obligatory.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates by using internal database, job boards and other resources;

• Take part in CV screening according to the requirements;

• Compose mind-blowing (but truthful) internal CVs for our clients;

• Keep recruiting statistics and reporting up to date;

• Stuff yourself with all the useful info (working with recruiting team, attending trainings and conferences, reading prof literature, etc)
