We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher who is excited about sourcing incredible talents to fill different positions in IT company. You must be a hardworking person who loves to connect with new people and build lifelong relationships.

MUST HAVE
- Completed/in-process IT recruitment/researcher courses (or proven work experience as a Researcher or Lead Generation specialist, not necessarily only in the IT-sphere)
- Understanding how IT companies work (what is outsource/outstaff, the most popular positions and levels in IT sphere, trending programming languages etc.)
- Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites)
- Superb written communication skills
- Ability to create attractive messages for candidates.
- English — at least Intermediate level
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active search and headhunting
- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc.
- Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates
- Providing information about the company
- Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Help us build impressive Employer Brand.
