IT Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher who is excited about sourcing incredible talents to fill different positions in IT company. You must be a hardworking person who loves to connect with new people and build lifelong relationships.

MUST HAVE

• Completed/in-process IT recruitment/researcher courses (or proven work experience as a Researcher or Lead Generation specialist, not necessarily only in the IT-sphere)
• Understanding how IT companies work (what is outsource/outstaff, the most popular positions and levels in IT sphere, trending programming languages etc.)
• Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites)
• Superb written communication skills
• Ability to create attractive messages for candidates.
• English — at least Intermediate level

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active search and headhunting
• Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc.
• Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates
• Providing information about the company
• Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Help us build impressive Employer Brand.
