Rollout Project Manager

Coordinate, manage and monitor construction progress for new Site Rollout, including partners technical and commercial negotiation, involving resources and coordinating the efforts of related projects, team members and third-party contractors or consultants to ensure project targets.

3. Functional Responsibilities

Planning civil work new Site Rollout according to Project Management rules namely:

creation and approval of project plan;

evaluation and involvement of required resources;

preparation and conduction of project communication plan.

Coordinate all MN New Site Rollout according to Project Management rules that is follow-up the project execution and results.

Control of the new site installations and check-out activities in terms of quality KPIs.

• Management of local sub-contractors for civil work installations.
• Monitoring of subcontractor POs and material payments for installation ready sites.
• Participation in budget control for new Site Rollout, give estimations for targets
• Internal negotiation with project team in Region Operation Division
• External negotiation with subcontractors in case of controlling civil work material orders, qualities of subcontractors, any conflicts and extra works, etc.
• Periodical reporting regarding New Site construction progress in region

2. Working experience:5+ years

4. Specific knowledge/ experience areas

Good Knowledge of New Site Civil work and Ukrainian Legalization Procedures;

Provide innovative and non-standard proposals, solutions in civil work

Ability to travel frequently;

Highly organized, mature with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels;

Should have strong leadership, managerial, self motivational and analytical capabilities;

Ability to manage a number of simultaneous projects at the same time;

Negotiation skills and strategic thinking;
