Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new publishers/affiliates for maintaining CPA/CPL campaigns;
• Negotiate (rates and payments schedule);
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget expenses;
• Organization of interaction with current affiliates, assistance in selecting offers based on their traffic source;
• Report on the affiliates' activity;
• Initiate new ideas, motivation and bonuses for partners;
• Develop strategies to attract new partners and generate large sales volume;
• Ensure accurate and timely billings for affiliates.
  
  

Requirements for candidates:

• Competent oral and written speech;
• Effective sales and negotiation skills;
• Take decisions and be responsible for them;
• English is at least Upper-Intermediate;
• Additional language will be a plus;
• Be multitasking and self-organized;
• Enjoy your working process;
