We're searching for a Technical Support Engineer who will join our support team. The main task for the engineer will be ensuring the smooth operation of applications and processing requests that come from technical specialists on the client-side.
Responsibilities
- Processing requests from technical specialists on the client-side via a ticket system, email, and IM
- Working in 12-hour shifts (three work shifts and 3 days off)
Must have
- Experience with server systems (Linux, Windows Server)
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks
- Responsibility
- Spoken/written German, Intermediate (B1) or higher level
Would be a plus
- Experience working for a hosting provider or in a technical support service
- Experience with cloud services (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCloud)
- Experience with database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Zabbix and similar monitoring systems
- Communicability
- The ability to work in a team and fast self-education
