Sales Manager – Ukraine


We are looking for highly skilled multilingual employees who can meet the challenges and never gives up on experimenting.


Responsibilities

  • Establish a steady leads inflow by implementing the best industry lead generation processes and techniques
  • Measure ROI and KPI for all lead generation activities
  • Management and coordination of third-party lead generation vendors
  • Bring creative ideas to the table as to how to generate new leads for our Dev team
  • Analyze and adjust the lead performance using data insight in Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • Define, execute, and monitor the digital and media advertising plan together with the Marketing Manager
  • Define, plan and coordinate content creation for Website, Blog, and Social Media
  • Define, plan, and execute direct communication campaigns for channel partners and end-users

Qualifications
To gain success in the job it is important that you are collaborative, a team player who can take initiative, and that you are a self-starter. The job also demands that you can work on multiple projects at one time, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
You will become the main point of contact for Sales to distribute leads, provide and receive feedback on lead quality, and ensure data consistency on the portal. Therefore, it is essential, that you have hands-on experience in pro-active lead qualification with strong sales orientation.

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Marketing
  • Have a working knowledge of Marketing and Sales best practices in lead qualifying and nurturing
  • Good project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Data-driven marketer, who understands how to use marketing automation to improve productivity and optimization
  • Fluent (written and spoken) English and Ukrainian
