Customer support manager (English)

Our company is one of the first outstaffing companies in Eastern Ukraine and was founded in 2014.

We are looking for a professional customer care development representative, who will work with inbound and outbound leads and help qualify new sales opportunities. Business relationships are as diverse as the services we render. Today we proudly serve hundreds of customers in more than 30 countries, spanning 4 continents.

Requirements:

• High-level of English (Advanced or Fluent) — is a MUST, other language (s) is a +;
• STRONG written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Ability to work with a great deal of information;
• Efficient time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to understand customer’s business (basic knowledge of business intelligence);

• Communication with clients in English
