Publisher development manager (Spanish language)

AdsKeeper is an online advertising network that provides tailored solutions for advertisers, advertising agencies, affiliate marketers, performance-driven media buyers, and publishers on one integrated platform.

AdsKeeper has been operating in the global market for over 5 years.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced manager with great media buying skills in the Ukrainian office.

Primary requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital/native advertisement;
• Ability to negotiate the potential terms of partnership on a different position level, establish good business connections with potential clients, participate on a real time meeting and discuss different model of business scenario with the publishers, close the deals with Tier1/2, editorial tear oriented publishers on attractive terms for the company, use different sales approaches;
• Knowledge of native advertisement, content recommendation advertisement, Google DFP, header bidding, Instant Articles, programmatic, API integration, media buying.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Own publishers database.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Work with publishers/networks/media agencies;
• Negotiate the opportunity of buying native placements mostly on premium publishers in LATAM;
• Conduct deeper market research in order to identify the most quality traffic sources;
• Real-time business communications on with sales persons on a different level.
