What to do:
- Helping Scrum teams to maximize the value created (customer centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.)
- Ensuring Scrum teams and stakeholders understand Agile/Lean theory and practices
- Being a servant-leader for Scrum teams
- Constantly learn and educate in new Agile practices when needed
- Helping teams in self-organization and cross-functionality development
- Removing impediments to the team/tribe progress
- Facilitate team events
- Mentor Scrum Master
- Actively contribute in Agile community of practices
What you need:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development domain
- At least 50 sprints of experience in Scrum Master role
- Understanding of Agile values and principles
- Understanding of business value discovery and delivery process
- Communication skills on high level
- Facilitation skills and experience
- Mentoring/Teaching skills and experience
- Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
- Working experience in multi team setup
- Team and individual coaching for development skills and experience
- Cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in non-Agile organization
- CSM or PSM certification
