Scrum Master

What to do:

• Helping Scrum teams to maximize the value created (customer centric approach, shorten time to market, etc.)
• Ensuring Scrum teams and stakeholders understand Agile/Lean theory and practices
• Being a servant-leader for Scrum teams
• Constantly learn and educate in new Agile practices when needed
• Helping teams in self-organization and cross-functionality development
• Removing impediments to the team/tribe progress
• Facilitate team events
• Mentor Scrum Master
• Actively contribute in Agile community of practices

What you need:

• At least 3 years of experience in software development domain
• At least 50 sprints of experience in Scrum Master role
• Understanding of Agile values and principles
• Understanding of business value discovery and delivery process
• Communication skills on high level
• Facilitation skills and experience
• Mentoring/Teaching skills and experience
• Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

• Working experience in multi team setup
• Team and individual coaching for development skills and experience
• Cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in non-Agile organization
• CSM or PSM certification
