PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates contract preparation and signing, collaborate with the sales team.
  • Conducts contract reviews (commercial terms and conditions, export regulations) and processes orders in ERP system
  • Maintains approval process using CTR platform.
  • Maintains local contracts database.
  • Places demand materials from intercompany and/or third-party suppliers as well as maintains communication with them and follows up on their timely delivery.
  • Ensures the backlog is at all times up-to-date with the current situation, responds to issues that arise. Manages sales backlog proactively with the earliest possible revenue recognition in mind. Manages dates in the system in accordance with Date Management Policy.
  • Ensures correct delivery of goods/services and invoices orders in accordance with Revenue Recognition Rules.
  • Ensures all transaction related documents are properly stored and available for audit.
  • Supports the receivable collection process by proactively closing out all contract requirements.
  • Interacts with finance and logistics teams, helps in shipment process coordination.
  • Registers tax invoices in statutory systems.
  • Provides help in non-sales related purchasing (cost centre spend)
  • Acts as local Trade Compliance specialist and Checkpoint Champion.
  • Follows and observes all company procedures & trainings related to the Operation Controls as listed below, but not limited to: Trade Compliance, Checkpoint, Records Retention, Quality Management System, and Ethics

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum 1 year experience in business to business environment (administration)
  • Import/Export 
  • Strong PC/computer skills, MS Office package skills
  • Languages: English, Russian
