Strong Middle .NET Developer (Full-Stack)

We're looking for a Strong Middle .NET Developer to work full time on a stable long-term project.

About the project:
Software as a Service project based on full .net stack. From one side — management companies providing rent of the apartments, from another side — tenant renting these apartments. The system includes the following modules and functionality: ticket system, payment system (credit card, bank transactions, ACH), rent application, integration with rent management systems, documents, emails, the mobile application for tenant and management.

The service is the #1 choice in New York City for property management. 5+k multi-family buildings in New York City, 10k users, 20M pages monthly.

Tech stack: Net Framework (4.8), .Net Core (3.1), ASP.NET MVC(5), ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core MVC, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, Javascript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, AWS (S3, AmazonMQ, Redis, Amazon SNS, API Gateway, Elasticsearch).

About 80% are the backend tasks (API / .Net Core). We're rewriting the frontend part (Javascript, jQuery) using Vue and Typescript.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the development of new features along with enhancements for existing functionality;
• Regular code review;
• Refactoring of the existing code and updating existing code to new technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in C# and .NET platform (.Net Framework and .Net Core);
• Javascript, JQuery, HTML/CSS;
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns;
• Database skills, SQL knowledge;
• AWS experience is a plus;
• English: intermediate or higher.
