DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a new member to the Project Management Team of the account. On this role, you would be responsible for leading strategically oriented programs, prioritizing and optimizing the resulting value of the program, consistent with strategy and within resource capability of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain overall project plans, reports, processes, and procedures up to date
• Maintain project program scope with strategic business alignment
• Build credibility and maintain communication at multiple levels
• Prepare and present periodic reports
• Manage customer queries
• Manage cross-functional departments and teams and support all project managers with day-to-day running of project administrative tasks
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of account
• Provide ad hoc financial management reports based on data aggregation from different data sources (MS Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SAP, Web-applications, etc.)
• Provide regular reconciliation of data sources, dictionaries maintenance, data cross-checking
• Define, improve, and implement data management procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Sciences
• 2+ year' experience in Reporting or Finance
• Good understanding of project demands
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint
• Knowledge of SQL will be considered as an advantage
• Ability to generate ideas and stick to deadlines
• Ability to organize data from multiple sources and present summarized reports
• Strong reporting skills with automation experience
• Being a fast learner with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work unsupervised, yet also within a team structure
• Being a confident, social person with critical-thinking abilities
• Good organizational and strong self-motivational skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English (intermediate or higher level)
