Main responsibilities:
- Lead & develop the team;
- Monitor profit pools and define business plans for development luxury destinations;
- Monitor sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to determine and achieve desired growth;
- Realizing sales targets to VIP clients with excellent service;
- Control ordering and administrative process of sales;
- Providing information to VIP clients about luxury destination tours: individual variants, alternative opportunities;
- Develop strong relationships with hotels, regular communications with the host party, prompt resolution of difficult situations;
- Improving the quality of customer service;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as tour operator or travel agency (preferably worked with VIP clients);
- Experience and high knowledge of deluxe hotels;
- Experience in managing external service;
- Strong knowledges minimum of 2 destinations: Indonesia, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Maldives, Sri Lanka;
- Experience working with the host side;
- Experience working with individual tours and VIP clients;
- English Intermediate level;
- Good communication and management skills;
