Responsibilities

• Supporting continuous operation and high-availability for local IT-infrastructure
• Configuring and maintaining server infrastructure and network equipment
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Helpdesk. Support users with their issues/problems/questions
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Network cabling maintenance
• Upgrading and Patching systems with new releases
• Monitor performance and maintain systems
• Keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Following the company's security and compliance policies and procedures
• Backup and disaster recovery planning

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ year of experience in maintaining an environment of 20+ computers, providing diagnostics and replacement of components
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10
• Knowledge of macOS and Linux
• Confident knowledge of the principles of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP / IP, STP, VLAN, group policies)
• Administration skills of Windows server 2012,2016,2019
• Excellent understanding of computer hardware
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
• Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers
• Can take the initiative, good teamwork skills, the ability and desire to work in multitasking mode
• English: intermediate, reading and writing skills
