Talent Sourcer

Currently we are looking for an Talent Sourcer for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Search for wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers and architects);

·  Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);

·  Create a wide candidate pool and updating CV search database;

·  Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github);

·  Prescreening candidates;

·  Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team;

·  Maintain job advertisements (LinkedIn, job boards).

REQUIREMENTS

·  Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roles;

·  Good level of English (written and spoken);

·  Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT candidates;

·  Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);

·  Interest in new HR trends and social media;

·  Experienced user of the typical Office tools;

·  Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills;

·  Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with sense of humor;

·  Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;

·  Ability to work independently and as a team member;

·  Proactive and goal-oriented;

·  Multitasking.
