ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a new Recruiter to join our team. This person will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in Recruitment
- Hands-on interviewing experience
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles will be a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full life-cycle of recruiting for open positions
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- Coordinate with Interviews with technical interviewers, collect feedback
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
