IT Recruiter

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a new Recruiter to join our team. This person will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience in Recruitment 
• Hands-on interviewing experience
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles will be a plus 
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full life-cycle of recruiting for open positions
• Write and post technical job descriptions
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods
• Coordinate with Interviews with technical interviewers, collect feedback
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
