Accountant with French (basic)

Job Description: 

The supplier administration team is looking for colleagues for our headquarters in Lviv.

Responsibilities: 

• Verification of documents required for payment (goods invoices, transport invoices);
• Make payments to suppliers of goods;
• Check compliance between the order placed, the invoices registered and the goods received;
• Analyze product orders to identify potential anomalies;
• Follow anomalies and contact suppliers to resolve them;
• Ongoing communication with equipment in France and Romania for efficient management of specific information in the department;
• Make payments to suppliers of goods;
• Check the conformity between the order placed, the registered invoices and the goods received;
• Analyze product orders to identify potential anomalies;
• Follow the anomalies and contact the suppliers to solve them;
• Permanent communication with teams from France and Romania for the efficient management of department-specific information.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of French (min A2 - basic) and English (min B1 - conversational);
• Accounting/administrative experience is an asset;
• Spirit of initiative and responsibility;
• Flexibility and autonomy of decision.
