Customer support manager (early morning / night shift)

Responsibilities:

Customer support on e-commerce apps using ticketing system.

Requirements:

• ability to work during early morning / night shifts;
• at least minimal technical background;
• written English (fluent);
• experience in using Administration panel of blog systems / e-shops / CRMs / forums etc;
• user or manager experience in e-commerce area.

Desired qualifications:

• experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms;
• experience in client support;
• minimal knowledge of HTML/CSS;
