Customer Support (Japanese)

BG Solutions is a holding company that includes various areas: educational projects, content projects, development of IT products. All projects are focused on foreign markets (Africa, Asia, Australia, Canada, Japan). We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (English, Japanese).

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication with players via live chat, telephone and e-mail in order to create a trustworthy and friendly atmosphere for the clients.
  • Making sure clients get the best experience using our brands 24/7.
  • Ability to work night shifts(1-2 per week).
  • Quick, polite and accurate answering-back to customer requests and enquiries.
  • Provision of layers with information on all promotions they are eligible for, new games, rules amendments, etc.
  • Assisting players with any technical issues they might have with help of technical specialists if needed.
  • Close cooperation with product team, suggesting special service improvements for players, based on feedback from clients.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Support Service.
  • Perfect spoken and written English or Japanese
  • Self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently.
  • Focus on customer needs and good customer service skills.
  • High communicative abilities and patience.
