Now we are looking for the Office Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- order office supplies,
- ensure office equipment is functioning properly and meeting the needs of the staff and business,
- coordinate activities to support cross-functional office events, meetings, and travels and manage expense reports,
- meet guests, clients, customers, and candidates,
- manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role/ Assistant Manager
- Advanced English skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
