Head of Risk

The Aventus Group is a fast growing international group of companies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of credit process, credit risks
• Experience of working in risk management department on position of portfolio risk manager/risk analyst/head of risk in bank or financial company
• Knowledge of credit risk management tools
• Ability to work with large amounts of data - strong knowledge in SQL, Excel
• Ability to develop borrower assessment models (scorecards)
• English not less than upper intermediate level
• Experience of working in online financial companies would be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of credit policy, decision-making systems: scorecards, rules
• Launch and support of new projects in terms of credit risks
• Reporting
• Planing and analysis of efficiency
• Analysis of loan portfolio
• Negotiating with external information providers
• Сontrol over the implementation of key indicators of the company related to credit risk
• Analysis of the profitability of loan products
