Team Lead of Media buying
About the Company
The Company is a service provider which has been working in the high tech and marketing industries for the past 4 years, and now we are experiencing a new phase of expansion into new markets and industries.
Currently, the company employs around 120 people in 6 countries, mostly working remote.
What we're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team due to the constant growth of the product.
What You'll Do:
- research and analysis on the target audience;
- full cycle of attract traffic tasks, searching, testing of new sources;
- negotiating, setting up and launching of campaigns with advertising networks and sites;
- running A/B tests across various scenarios and KPI;
- constant monitoring of the quality and traffic capacity, making decisions about the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- conversion tracking and goals adjustment, budgets forecasting;
- coordination of preparation of materials for placement, setting goals and working with designers;
- working with big marketing budgets;
- work closely with design, development and product teams on growing marketing revenue as much as possible;
- test and implement creative approaches.

What We'll Expect from You:
- 2+ years of experience in Facebook ads;
- previous experience in gambling/utilities/software/e-commerce and mobile traffic;
- proficient knowledge of analytics and reporting tools
- deep understanding of arbitration, traffic conversion, Digital-advertising market and lead generation;
- Knowledge of how to scale and optimize campaigns with a stable cost per conversion, test hypotheses, find the core of the target audience;
- Experience with analytics systems: mobile applications, trackers, TDS, postbacks;
- Understanding the technical aspect of working;
- traffic purchase experience on the model of CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL with large budgets;
- strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- successful negotiation experience and communication skills;
- Be organized and self-motivated;
- English - Upper Intermediate or higher;

- Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and work under tight deadlines;
- Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills;
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
