Recruiter

What you should have:
2+ years of general experience in recruiting;
At least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting;
Skills in candidate search and selection;
Ability to manage a full cycle recruiting process;
Experience working with recruiting CRM;
Highly pro-active and self-managed;
Intermediate or higher level of English;

What you will do:
You will complete each step of full cycle recruiting;
Receive job order;
Write and post job ads;
Keep candidate records in order in internal CRM tool;
Search for candidates (active search, headhunting, using social networks (LinkedIn, Dou, Facebook, etc.);
Communicate with stakeholders regarding open positions;
Hold interviews;
Extend a job offer;
Place the candidates;
Perform additional internal HR tasks.
