Marketing Product Manager Rx (Pharma)

CNA International is one of the world's leading Executive Search firms, part of The Pertemps Network Group Ltd.CNA have a large team of offices working internationally with clients and placing candidates identified through executive search worldwide in various sectors and senior positions.

Currently we are recruiting for a Product Manager for an international pharmaceutical company. The company's portfolio includes both original and generic drugs in the area of cardiology / arterial hypertension, urology as well as OTC drugs and dietary supplements.

Goal of the role:

New Product Manager will manage marketing plans for corporate and local products and ensure their implementation in line with agreed promotional budget and sales target, in accordance with regulations in force and liaising closely with the sales department.

The biggest challenge in this role would be:

• To encourage and support the sales team;
• To develop new promotional tools for field force;
• To be a real team player and become a part of the team/ support all team activities;

Main responsibilities:

• Development of marketing strategies for the Rx product portfolio 
• Cooperation with partners in the preparation of training, promotional materials and media campaigns
• Building relationships with opinion leaders who can positively influence the image of the product and the company
• Preparation of competition analysis and marketing activities 
• Planning of sell-in sales based on the analysis of sales results based on various data sources, preparation of sales forecasts for distribution
• Cooperation with internal business partners of Marketing - Sales Department, Legal Department, Development Department, Drug Registration Department, Logistics Department, other 
• Responsibility for the development and management of the marketing budget.

Critical points regarding personality and competencies:

• University degree (Medical Doctor/Pharmacist);
• 2 years of experience as an Rx Product Manager 
• Good knowledge of English (Intermediate level);
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Remuneration package:

Attractive monthly salary plus bonus scheme: 17% of yearly salary paid annually
