Customer Support (English, night shifts)

BG Solutions is an international holding, which includes development of IT products, educational and content projects. We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This position requires working night shifts remotely, after a 2 week training in our office.

Key responsibilities:

• Communication with users via live chat and e-mail in order to create a trustworthy and friendly atmosphere for our client base.
• Making sure clients get the best experience using our brands 24/7.
• Quick, polite and accurate answering back to customer requests and enquiries.
• Providing customers with information on all promotions they are eligible for, rules amendments etc.
• Assisting users with any technical issues they might have with help of technical specialists if needed.
• Close cooperation with product team, suggesting special service improvements for users, based on feedback from clients.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in Customer Support.
• Perfect written English.
• Ability to work night shifts (23-8) remotely
• Self-motivation, reliability and ability to work independently.
• Focus on customer needs and good customer service skills.
• High communicative abilities, analytical mindset and patience.
