Sales Supervisor – Road Forwarding

Driven by the continuous expansion of our team in Kiev, Ukraine, we now have an exciting oppotunity for a Sales Supervisor to work for one of the largest and fastest growing transport and freight forwarding companies in South Europe. Your role will develop in raising a new sales team to excel into selling road freight services to local and international customers. You will manage the complete sales cycle from identifying prospective clients, arranging sales calls, preparing quotations and develop accounts.

Sales Supervisor - Road Forwarding

Key Accountabilities:

• Keep up-to-date with the market conditions
• Prepare, present and negotiate service and pricing proposals to prospect direct clients
• Contact with Ukrainian and European clients
• Gather, analyze and anticipate customer needs and market developments and opportunities;
• Develop effective business relationships to be converted in sales volumes;
• Anticipate and take advantage of potential commercial opportunities;
• Create, manage, develop and motivate a team of specialist in the sales department

Requirements:

• Excellent command in English language - verbal and written;
• Experience in Service Sales, preferably in Transportation and Logistics;
• Relevant university degree;
• Experience in managing people;
• Effective interpersonal, persuasive and conversational skills;
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills;
• Sales oriented personality with commercial acumen;
