As Regional Field Force Manager with Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to apply your medical expertise and create the role you've always wanted.

Key responsibilities:

• Selection, development, motivation of medical representatives
• Analysis and control of medical representatives
• Teamwork planning (weekly, monthly)
• Team training
• Preparation and submission of reports in accordance with the requirements of the company
• Implementation of the plan for the training of pharmacists, doctors

We expect:

• Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical)
• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year (pharmaceutical market REQUIRED!)
• Team management skills for at least 1 year
• Experience in driving car at least 1 year and category 'B' driver's license
• PC using at the level of a confident user
• Leadership qualities, analytical thinking
• Purposefulness, initiative, responsibility, organization, decency
• Intermediate in written and spoken English - will be a plus
