Android software engineer

Locations: Sumy (Ukraine)

We are looking for an experienced Android Software Engineer. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that we optimize the user experience on mobile devices and Set-Top Boxes for more than 100 million users. Your main activities will be to:

• write well-designed, testable, efficient code
  
• integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• document and maintain software functionality
  
• troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
  

Job requirements

You need

• Experience with
• Knowledge in UI/UX and working with designers
• Fluent English skills
  
• remote data via REST and JSON
• Android Set Top Box development
• content Provider implementation

Any of those will increase your chances

• Certification(s) in relevant fields
• Working experience with
• third party libraries like Butterknife, Retrofit, Dagger 2, Picasso, Volley
• data persistence
• different types of Android Services
• Agile Development
• Android Studio+ Gradle
