EY PAS Payroll professionals focus on all aspects of payroll and HR compliance services, deliver services to our clients (legal entities at the local Ukrainian market and branches or representative offices of foreign companies acting in Ukraine) as business tax advisor in the following spheres:

• Outsourcing of payroll and HR administration functions;
• Tailoring and development of HR policies and mandatory local acts;
• Advisory services from the perspective of labor and tax legislation;
• Audit of payroll and HR correctness, including audit on completeness and correctness of calculation of personal income and social contributions and preparation of obligatory payroll-related reporting.

We are seeking for a motivated experienced specialist to our PAS Payroll team who tends to expand knowledge, develop personal and professional experience and work in a great team of experts. 

Your key responsibilities

• Preparation of advance/main/off-cycle payroll calculations for employees of Clients;
• Preparation of obligatory reporting for submitting to Tax authorities, Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Statistics authorities;
• Communication with representatives of the authorities, work with requirements received from them;
• Preparation of various kinds of certificates upon Clients’ requests;
• Assisting with advisory work on relevant Clients’ requests in the field of labour and tax legislation;
• Participation in interesting projects connected with our services.

• Qualifications: 
• Higher education (preferably in Economics);
• Good communication skills both in Ukrainian and English;
• Responsibility, attention to details, good analytical skills;
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Experience in payroll would be a plus
• Proficient PC user: MS Office; 1C 7/8 - is a big plus
