YOUR ROLE:

• Assistance to the General Manager in developing and executing strategy of business unit on the Ukrainian market
• Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations 
• Holding of tenders, organizing team meetings, cross-functional meetings
• Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, emails etc.
• Taking minutes for meeting
• Booking travel arrangements for GM (flight booking, accommodations, visas etc.)
• Ordering office supplies
• Formatting documents, designing templates, presentations, etc.
• Performing any other related duties assigned by GM

YOUR SKILLS:

• Fluent English
• Previous working experience in Administration is an advantage
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills, experienced Excel and PowerPoint user
• Higher degree in Marketing or Economics
• Good team player, sociable
