Multinational Programs Specialist (Fronting)

UNIQA Insurance Company is one of the leaders of the insurance market of Ukraine, being part of UNIQA group (Austria) which is one of the largest insurance groups of Europe, invites to join its team as an Multinational Programs Specialist in Multinational Accounts Servicing Department.

Duties:

• Oversee multinational programs (fronting) from design, execution and account management;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple parties including both internal and external (underwriters, accounting, reinsurers, brokers and clients);
• Leading through the full policy issuance process (negotiations with producing offices of reinsurers, analysis, preparing the policy drafts with cooperating the underwriters, reviewing policies process with local brokers and clients till the confirmation step);
• Preparing Invoices and controls of Premium payments, Reinsurance Agreements, Bordereaux, Cover Notes (and providing them to Regulator for registration);
• Insurance&Reinsurance Premiums payments tracking;
• Maintaining the Reinsurers' and local system databases;
• Supporting Claims Handling regulations;
• Preparation of reports, presentations, marketing materials for own projects and that of senior managers:
• Assisting senior colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master degree (could be final year student) in finance, philology and linguistics;
• fluent English both written and spoken;
• High level of self-organizing and motivation, ability to meet deadlines;
• Organizational abilities, eye for detail, customer focus oriented;
• High computer literacy (savvy);
• Desire to work with passion and energy, learn and develop constantly.
