IT Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join us in our mission of hiring amazing people to our outsource, outstaff and product teams.

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
• Experience in communication with hiring managers and customers;
• Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
• Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
• Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
• Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Analytical thinking and good negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
• Recruitment database maintenance;
• Sourcing of candidates using different channels, network, internal databases, referrals, etc;
• Communication with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
• Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skill level;

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in conducting HR interviews.
