We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join us in our mission of hiring amazing people to our outsource, outstaff and product teams.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
- Experience in communication with hiring managers and customers;
- Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
- Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
- Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Analytical thinking and good negotiation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Recruitment database maintenance;
- Sourcing of candidates using different channels, network, internal databases, referrals, etc;
- Communication with customers and hiring managers to gather information needed to compose job descriptions;
- Providing a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates, evaluating skill level;
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in conducting HR interviews.
