Customer Service Analyst

In connection with implementation of SAP at CIS markets (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Belarus) 

We are looking for Customer Service Analyst

 Key Responsibilities:   

  • Customers / market data analysis and reporting     
  • Distributors stocks / in-market sales / to-market sales     
  • Regulatory constraints analysis    
  • Analysis of Customer Orders vs Forecast     
  • Providing analysis to other functions     
  • Supporting common file and information flow with consolidated data


  • Customer order processing in SAP     
  • Customer order forms preparation in Excel     
  • Recommended customer orders development to Customers     
  • Supporting creation documents for shipment (Certificate of Insurance, Medicine Declaration etc.)    
  • Updating information about the customers in SAP    
  • Cross functional interaction for customer order alignment


  • Coordination operations with Distribution center in Europe    
  • Synchronize order processing, shipment documents in agreed timeline    
  • Stock analysis coverage and monitoring stock status change     
  • Participation in regional calls with cross functional interaction     
  • Support repacking planning process

Requirements:

  • University Degree - Master's degree in mathematics economics, finance, computer science
  • 1-2 years of working experience in supply chain or business analysis (preferably in multinational pharmaceutical / FMCG company)
  • Proof of analytical skills and basic business/supply chain expertise; proof of ability effectively communicate and deal with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and Distributions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process.
  • Proven communication skills to be able dealing in cross functional multi-cultural environment
  • Fluency English
