SANOFI UKRAINE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, announces the position of Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager & Qualified person
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Warehouse manager:
To provide inspection of medicinal products received by the company and accompanying documents - consignments/invoices;
To ensure the selection of samples of the medicinal products and «in bulk» products that are subject to mandatory laboratory testing in accordance with the requirements of the legislation;
To ensure of necessary data entry in stock accounting system and other preparatory activities for further goods status changes;
To control the placement of medicinal products in the main places of storage in compliance with the temperature regime specified by the manufacturer;
To ensure the organization of work on validation studies for production facilities of Pharmaceutical Warehouse;
To organize the work on picking and shipment of medicinal products for distributors in accordance with received orders;
To ensure drawn up a package of documents for shipment of medicinal products to distributors and quality certificates (CoAs) sending;
To monitor the inventory status of warehouse stocks;
Organize preparatory work for annual and partial inventories;
To ensure the organization of the necessary measures for the transfer of defective medical products for further destruction;
To control the observance of sanitary regulations and pharmaceutical order at the premises in the Pharmaceutical Warehouse according to the current regulatory documents;
To ensure compliance with the requirements of labor protection, safety and access regime at the Pharmaceutical Warehouse.
As Qualified person:
To create and ensure operation of the pharmaceutical quality assurance system in general at Pharmaceutical Warehouse;
Been responsible for release of the batch in terms of quality, warranting that each batch has been manufactured and checked in accordance with the effective laws of Ukraine;
To participate in audits of process efficiency, product quality assurance and quality management system;
To assist in the course of audits conducted at the Pharmaceutical Warehouse by supervisory (regulatory) authorities as well as internal and external audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
Trained professionals with a university degree in Pharmacy and specialization "pharmacist-organizer";
Certificate of the pharmacist issued by the post-graduate educational institutions, or certificate of assignment (confirmation) of the respective qualification category;
Working experience in Pharmacy for at least two years in the area of manufacture, quality control, wholesale trade or development of medicinal products;
