QA Engineer

Ubiquiti Inc is an American technology company started in 2005. Based in New York, NY, Ubiquiti manufactures wireless data communication products for enterprise and wireless broadband providers with a primary focus on under-served and emerging markets.

Responsibilities: Candidate will work as part of the global team of firmware, digital hardware and RF hardware engineers to develop cutting edge wireless broadband products and technologies. The candidate must possess knowledge of embedded Linux processes and an understanding of digital Wireless communications.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Wireless protocols (802.11) and L2/L3 networking
• Experience on Linux platforms
• BS degree in Computer Science, or related engineering degree
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (Upper Intermediate English)
• Ability to adapt and quickly pick up new technologies, ability to work productively and autonomously

Will be a plus:

• Experience with outdoor wireless
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits
