Our target is to build effective operational E-commerce team, develop Decathlon.ua sales level, improve online customer experience and offer the best online service, widen E-commerce projects.

Duties include:

• Administration of orders on the website: orders picking, cashing, packaging

• Interaction with courier companies, delivery control

• Control of financial and documents workflow

• Control of deliveries of goods between stores

• Returns, refunds, exchanges processing

• Process orders on Market places

• Work with complaints

• Partial work in a physical store, consulting customers, participate in weekly deliveries

Your profile

• You love sport and practice it regularly

• You are responsible, concrete and result-oriented

• You are a team player, love to communicate with people and help them

• You have an excellent sense of service

• You have experience in Internet sales

• You have startup mindset. You love innovations and learning new things.

• You energetic and open-minded, positive as we are.

• You know Russian, Ukrainian and English languages well and respect grammar
