Hard Skills:

- Solid knowledge of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;

- Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;

- Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: SRS, backlog in the form of user stories and use cases;

- Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML

- Experience in presale/discovery activities;

- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle;

- Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools;

Soft Skills:

- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;

- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;

- Organized, detail-oriented and logical approach to process implementation;

- Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;

- High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback;

- English - upper intermediate or higher;

What you will do:

- Participate in pre-sales process of Web and Mobile (iOS, Android) projects;

- Collaborate with Client, Project Managers, Sales Team and external Dev teams to develop product vision, scope, and roadmap;

- Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;

- Manage project scope;

- Establish a change management process where applicable;

- Facilitate and lead the requirements prioritization process;

- Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions formalization;

- Participate in business development activities, including preparation of proposals by preparing project scope and identifying key product and business requirements.
