Procurement Specialist

Требования: 

Minimum Qualifications: 

English language, intermediate level or up. 

General computer (PC) knowledge

Bachelor's degree from a College or University.

Some related experience is a plus.

Other Essential Skills:

Self-disciplined and self-directed

Ability to be a proactive supplier communication

Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to focus on workload to achieve the team and individual expected results

Ability to navigate and use the Internet and various other business applications

Knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel

Detail oriented and able to multitask 

Обязанности: 

Position Summary: Find product, negotiate with the supply base, and inform Company's sales rep of pricing and availability.

Essential Duties: Identify, analyze, source best opportunities to meet business needs.

Collect purchase quotes from industry data repositories, public information, and previous purchased sources.

Communicate with suppliers to stay current of industry trends.

Create, process, and manage vendor purchase quotes and orders, including but not limited to:

Purchases orders, exchanges, warranties, purchase returns and credits.

Perform all functions within the software system and diligently maintain the integrity of the information populated within Company's software system.

Home office environment.

Employee is responsible for setting up a dedicated workspace with a Windows based PC, MS Office and some other applications, and broadband Internet connection.
