Click Aviation Network is currently looking for a Vendor Relations Coordinator to Support the Travel Manager & Travel Operation Team in vendor contracting globally and maintaining good business relationships with Strategic Partners. Work closely with Travel Manager in building Click database and establishing global agreements for B2B & B2C Strategic Partners.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Handles global vendor contracting both B2B & B2C Strategic Partners:
  • Search new potential business partners globally.
  • Analyze, negotiate & bid the commercial offers.
  • Propose and provide good recommendation to Travel Manager for approval.
  • Handles rate loading of Click corporate rate to GDS Travelport Platform.
  • Maintains and ensures that Click corporate rate, correctly loaded in GDS Travelport Platform.
  • Handles corporate rate issues and concerns as per Click Agreement with the Vendor to raise to Global Sales Account Managers, In-house Sales Manager and etc.
  • Maintain good business relationship in both new and existing Strategic Partners for long-term business partnership.
  • Enroll Click Aviation with Partners loyalty programme with the registration name of the CEO.
  • Maintaining and updating Travel Vendor database with all Click corporate agreements, global suppliers contacts, supplier's platform credentials and rewards loyalty programme.
  • Cascade information from to the Operation Team for any supplier's promotion, new supplier's point of contacts, new and renewed agreements.
  • Assists Operation Team for sales lead and official requests for rate negotiation and flexible terms and condition.
  • Assists Travel Manager for rate negotiations, bidding with suppliers for Events, Flight Tenders and Group hotel bookings.
  • Represent Click Aviation Network externally and internally in the best interests of the company.

Experience

 

  • 3+ years of Hotel Contracting or Vendor Relation, pricing management and / or business development experience
  • Track record of outstanding negotiations
  • Experience doing market research, competitive analysis, and cost analysis

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Travel or similar related field
  • Travel experience and knowledge of booking system, loyalty programs in travel industry
