Business Analyst/ Performance Controller

We would like you to have:

• minimum 1 year experience in working with figures (reporting/ economic/ financial /audit/ accounting);
• proficiency in English/ French - minimum B2.
• good Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in economics.
• good analysis and synthesis capacity, logical thinking, passion for figures.

We're looking for two amazing collegues and they will share the folloging main responsibilities:

• advice and support for strategy development and decision-making;
• help in setting targets/ in monitoring the strategy and its operational implementation;
• risk assessment and proposal of alternatives;
• creation and improvement of variable systems;
• animation of KPIs and reports;
• detailed analysis and reporting of the individual performance of employees for General Management (analysis of individual costs, alert in case of drift);
• perform business analysis;
• detailed analysis and reporting of the individual contribution in the company's result (analysis of costs, of the individual activity, ensure consistency between the performance indicator and the employee's contribution to the outcome).
