Reporting&Controlling Team Leader

Your main objective will be to create the Controlling & Reporting Department at our office in Lviv by recruiting, training&coaching the following staff in the department and ensuring the management of the local team in accordance with the company's strategy.

Also, your main responsibilities will be to:

• ensure that the values, rules and procedures are respected by the employees;
• report the results in weekly&monthly management meetings and proposes solutions for improvement;
• ensure the performance of the team, a good working climate in the team;
• offer operational support on different tasks, missions, projects;
• build and follow support plans;
• animate/ motivate the team;
• establish and communicate SMART operational objectives to team members;
• evaluate employees according to established objectives;
• analyze business dysfunctions and propose solutions;
• ensure the quality of the team's work and the reliability of the data provided.

Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:

• Experienced in leading and managing a team with financial/ ecomonic specific and working with different KPI's (minimum 2 years).
• Previous experience in an international and fast growing working environment is a plus.
• Proved abilities for coordination and leadership.
• Proficient in English/ French - minimum B2.
• Good Excel skills.
• Soft skills: Business orientation, analytical capacity and long-term vision. Adaptable with great involvement, result-oriented but in the same time people-oriented. 'Can-do' attitude and strong ability to work on own initiative and projects.
• Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree.
• Availability for occasional international business travel.
