Customer support manager (B2B)

TSG euroShell is an authorized agent of the best European fuel cards operator since 2005. We are involved in providing services to international transporters (uplifts, tolls, services and automatic VAT refund support). In 2017 we have started our activity in Ukraine with our head-office in Lviv.

Our mission is to deliver the most complete range of the Customer support and simplify the procedures related to carriers' traffic on European routes.

Job description:

• Daily consulting on Company's services
• Constant contact with Customers (B2B) via phone, email, messengers.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Managing document-flow between customers and EU providers
• Managing cards/devices orders and requests from our customers.
• Claims' management;
• Field Sales Manager support in daily operations

Basic Requirements to successful Candidates:

• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong customer relations
• Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills! 
• Self-motivated and self-organized person
• Good attention to details
• Good general PC user skills (MS Office, Internet research, CRM*)
• Proactive attitude and willing to help people
• Strong ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to deal with tough people
• Strong team-player as well as ability to work individually with minimum supervision
• Good command of English both written and spoken (Intermediate +)
• Previous experience in logistic, international haulier transport or fuel card business (Not crucial, but can be considered as an advantage)
• University degree
• Valid international passport
