Head of HR Department

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR and recruiting
• 3+ years of experience as a lead (head, director) in HR
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Skills and experience in employer branding
• Experience in talent management
• Knowledge in staff planning and budgeting
• Experience in organizing events and parties (200+ people)
• Strategic thinking
• Focus on operational excellence and innovation
• Good communication and empathic skills
• Problem-solving and open-minded person
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Strong leadership skills, autonomous and proactive attitude

 Will be a plus:

• University degree in HR or psychology
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Coaching experience
• Experience in IT market
• Business thinking

Main duties:

• Oversee all HR and recruiting processes in the company
• Build critical skills and competencies for the company (as part of management team)
• Keep the course of the company for development, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Be a part of company design and change management team
• Update and create new HR processes
• Set HR and recruiting OKR
• Work with the motivation and C&B systems
• Develop staffing plans, build HR budgets
• Resolve conflicts, engage staff, hold one to one meetings
• Build career paths and personal development plans involving team leads
• Manage HR branding (design and implement strategy)
• Manage a team of recruiters and HR managers
• Initiate new activities and projects as a task owner
